Mr. Singfield has been a part of the Artesian Contracting team since 1999. His skill sets include managing all facets of multiple subcontractor provision of services on large scale projects while maintaining a high degree of integrity with regards to safety, security, company protocol, and inspection compliance.

Jake Barrow joined the Artesian Contracting, Inc. as Secretary/Treasurer as well as General Manager in June of 2003. His strengths rest in his ability to make accurate estimates and serve as an organized leader in the design-build process. Mr. Barrow also brings a strong working knowledge in computer software to the construction process such as: SureTrak Scheduling, AutoCAD 2002, STRUDL (structural design software), Surveying, and Timberline Estimating Software. Kristy joined Artesian Contracting, Inc. as Marketing Director where her attention to detail and legal experience has enabled her to proficiently promote Artesian Contracting in both the commercial and government sectors. Quality Control & Safety Officer, George Dozier Jr. gdozier@artesiancontracting.com
Mr. Dozier brings over 30 years of residential and commercial development to the team. Joining Artesian Contracting in 2006, he has been instrumental in overseeing the completion of such projects as the MCLB Engineering Warehouse and MCLB Transmission Test Facility. Mr. Coleman brings more than 26 years of experience in construction and real estate development across the United States. Project Manager, Jason Norris jnorris@artesiancontracting.com
In the three years since Mr. Norris joined the Artesian Contracting team, he has helped to design and manage projects with Moody AFB, Marine Core Logistics Base of Albany, and Robins AFB. Kathy Moore serves in the Moody AFB office to serve as the office manager for Artesian Contracting Company. She posesses the ability to multi-task in various business and bookkeeping skills so that the office runs efficiently.
